Prof tersebut ahli tumbuh kembang anak, CMIMW
Coba follow mom,mungkin bisa tanya2 pada beliau
Atau bisa konsul si milis s*hat (maaf moderator kalau menyalahi netiket :(
Kalau bisa di cek dulu saja mom n cari 2nd opinion
Karna masih kecil banget untuk dideteksi autisme
Semoga anak kita selalu sehat y mom
Yang kuat n sabar

* perbanyak frekuensi memerah. Usahakan memerah selang 2-3jam. Setelah memberi asi dari payudara kanan, perah yang kiri dan sebaliknya

2.Apakah pemompaan dgn breast pump mengurangi volum ASIP dibanding teknik marmet?

* rasanya ga berbeda bu

3. Apakah Bb saya msh aman? Atau saya hrs mulai berpikir u menggunakan sufor (haduhhh padahal pengen bgt bisa kasih ASI eksklusif buat baby saya).

asi itu semacam berlaku hukum supply and demand.. semakin sering dipompa /
disusui.. produksi akan semakin banyak.. dan selama mompa / menyusui
pikiran kita harus tenang.. happy.. dan PD bahwa pasti cukup..

kalo dari sisi makanan.. saya mah sampe sekatang habeg semua makanan..
makan yang bergizi dan minum yang teratur itu penting..

kalo saya berdasarkan pengalaman ya.. lebih enak marmet.. lebih kosong
payudaranya.. dan praktis gak perlu nyuci2 pompa.. cuci tangan langsung
hajar! ohya.. kalo abis menyusui langsung.. payudara yang satu lagi juga
diperah mbak..

pokoknya merah / mompanya dipersering.. dan harus santaaaii relaaaxx..
sambil nonton dvd mungkin? ato sambil nyemil roti bakar.. apapun yang bikin
mbak senang..

semoga membantu ya mbak..

Hai mom devie

Anaknya usia brp?anak saya skr usia 3mg, saya terapkan pompa rutin tiap 2-3 jam.
Memang awal2 hslnya sdkt tp akan meningkat seiring wkt koq mom asal kita konsisten.
Kalau saya biasanya pompa dulu dg breastpump stlh itu di marmet utk mengosongkan payudara.
Bisa jg dipompa sambil menyusui mom, biasanya hslnya lbh byk. Cm memang agak susah, saya jg msh bljr.
Utk menaikkan bb anak mgk bs ditambahkan asip stlh anak menyusui mom. Itu berhasil di aku.
Untuk tau BB anak aman/tdk diplot aja di growth chart who mom. Smoga sharingnya bermanfaat ya

imho. Sebelum 'usaha&#39; tingkatkan produksi asinya. Apakah perlekatan
bayinya sdh benar? Krn apabila memang sdh benar,susui trs tiap 2-3jam
produksi asi akan meningkat dengan sendirinya. perlekatan benar maka
si bayi dpt 'mengambil&#39; asinya. Maaf kl tdk berkenan.. Terima kasih

Umur Berapa Anak Perlu Tidur Terpisah dari Orang Tuanya?

Jakarta - Karena bayi menggunakan tangisan untuk berkomunikasi, maka banyak orang tua yang tidur di kamar yang sama dengan bayinya. Saat usia anak bertambah, sudah saatnya anak tidur terpisah dari orang tua. Di usia berapakah anak cukup mandiri untuk tidur sendiri?

"Umur 2 tahun sudah bisa dipisah tidurnya dari orang tua, maksimal umur 5 tahun," ujar psikolog anak dan remaja, Ratih Zulhaqi, dalam perbincangan dengan detikHealth dan ditulis pada Senin (10/6/2013).

Selain melatih kemandirian, tidur terpisah ini juga dilakukan untuk menghindari anak melihat pemandangan yang belum sepantasnya mereka lihat dan dengar, yakni ketika orang tuanya sedang bercinta. Bila otak belum siap menerima paparan seks, maka bisa jadi otak akan ketagihan.

"Ketika anak melihat orang tuanya seperti itu, mereka bisa saja mengadopsinya. Lalu mereka melakukannya dengan temannya," sambung Ratih.

Psikolog yang berpraktik di Klinik UI dan Klinik Kancil ini lantas menyebutkan contoh kasus yang dihadapi kliennya. Suatu kali ada anak perempuan di bawah umur yang pernah melihat orang tuanya tanpa busana melakukan hubungan intim. Karena hal itu dilakukan orang tuanya, anak kecil ini berpikir aktivitas tersebut pun boleh dilakukannya.

"Nah suatu kali sopir sekolah yang suka antar jemput melakukan pelecehan. Anak ini diminta melepas pakaiannya dan dia tidak melawan ketika sopir itu berbuat lebih, karena ayah dan ibunya pun melakukan hal yang sama," tutur Ratih.

Muatan seks bisa diperoleh anak dengan mudah, karena itu orang tua harus bisa melindungi mereka dari paparan tersebut. Orang tua, sekolah, dan lingkungan sekitar jangan lalai sehingga anak masuk dalam perangkap ponografi dan pornoaksi.

"Yang penting adalah kontrol. Juga biasakan anak bertanggung jawab dengan apa yang dilakukannya," sambung Ratih.

Wujud kontrol yang bisa dilakukan orang tua adalah dengan tidak bermurah hati memberikan anak gadget-gadget pintar yang membuatnya menjadi tak terkontrol mengakses konten bermuatan pornografi. Hal ini bisa dimulai dengan tidak memberikan handphone sebagai mainan saat anak rewel.

"Bermula dari agar anak tidak nangis diberi handphone, lama-lama saat mereka sedikit besar diberi handphone pintar sendiri dan orang tua tidak mengontrol. Ini membuka peluang mereka mengakses konten-konten semacam itu meski memang beberapa produk ada yang bisa menghalangi situs porno untuk diakses," jelas Ratih.
